Type of the block of preparation of gas mixture of system of injection of Mono-Motronic at the removed air filter

1 – pressure regulator;
2 – the connecting plug for a nozzle and the sensor of temperature of the arriving air;
3 – connecting plug of a potentiometer of a butterfly valve;

4 – nozzle;
5 – the sensor of temperature of the arriving air.

Many inspections of system of injection, unfortunately, cannot be carried out because of lack of devices, necessary for check, at home. But nevertheless there is a certain field for activity.

The control unit cannot be checked "house" means. But from practice it is known that malfunctions arise very seldom here.

Much more often sensors, switches and cable connections give a reason for claims. Therefore at the found malfunctions the following operations procedure is recommended:

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To establish that ignition as it should be.
  2. To check supply with fuel.
  3. To carry out a visual inspection of elements of system of injection.
  4. If thus malfunction was not found, to check the list of malfunctions at the end of the head and to check the store of malfunctions in a workshop, to check the suspected detail according to the specified scheme.

 Hint: at injection system crash at first check safety locks No. 13, 21, 25, 27 and 28. Through them there passes all food of system of injection of Mono-Motronic.
