 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. At turn of the ignition key food comes to situation "Start" on the plug 50 the involving relays, located from above on a starter.
  2. At the same time the lever of inclusion enters a starter gear wheel on spiral rounds into gearing with a gear wreath of a flywheel of the engine.
  3. Only after full gearing of a gear wheel the involving relay includes the power supply of the accumulator which is completely arriving from the plug 30, and then the starter strongly scrolls the engine.
  4. The engine of a starter and gear wheel are connected among themselves through a reducer. Therefore the electric motor rotates much quicker, than a gear wheel.
  5. When the engine is started – the gear wheel leaves gearing with a flywheel again.

Removal of a starter

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To disconnect a wire of "weight" from the accumulator, otherwise danger of emergence of short circuit is big.

As the starter case after opening needs to be pressurized, in shop of spare parts you will need also sealant D 3. Further models with the 4-cylinder engine will require a powerful soldering iron and solder.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  2. On the closed party of a starter to turn out two screws with a cut in a head fixing a small cover of the bearing, to uncover.
  3. To remove a lock washer and an adjusting washer from the shaft which is under a cover.
  4. To remove both screws (or nuts from hairpins) from a back cover of the case and to uncover.
  5. To measure length of brushes – the minimum length of 8 mm.
  6. For replacement of brushes to disconnect a fixing plate from the involving relay.
