Filling with liquid and pumping of a hydraulic system of the power steering

The system of steering needs to be filled and deleted from it air in case separate elements of hydraulic system were replaced and therefore working liquid merged.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To clear the filter in a tank with gasoline for washing of details.
To pour new working liquid before marking of "max". Old liquid cannot be applied more.
To lift the car in front from both parties and at the switched-off engine to turn management several times from an emphasis against the stop.
To add liquid to the mark "max".
To start the engine and to watch at the same time liquid level: if at start of the engine level goes down, to put wheels in direct position and to add liquid until level constantly is not at the mark "max". Also at a wheel provorachivaniye in a tank air bubbles should not appear.
After a short trip to check liquid level.

Removal of a steering wheel

Models without safety cushion

Here removal of a steering wheel at the cars which are not equipped with a safety cushion is described.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The sharp movement by hands to remove the button of a sound signal in the middle of a steering wheel.
To put a steering wheel in the blocked position.
To weaken a nut of a steering column a replaceable face head of 24 mm.
To put forward wheels precisely in direct position, so that spokes of a steering wheel were symmetrically.
To remove a nut and a podkladny washer, the sharp movement to remove a steering wheel.
At installation of a steering wheel to monitor the symmetric provision of its spokes.
To fix the lock of a steering wheel.
To tighten a nut of a steering column the moment of 40 N • m.

For removal of a steering wheel at the models which are not equipped with a safety cushion it is necessary to remove the button of a sound signal (1) from lock bolts (3) (carefully, on the right and at the left plastic hooks are located!), to disconnect a wire (2) and to weaken the central nut (shooter).
